Did you know the human body hosts a diverse ecosystem? As mentioned in a 2024 article, I explained we share a symbiotic relationship with phages. They are viruses that regulate bacterial growth, promoting our overall health. I also touched on mitochondria within our cells, but this post will introduce additional knowledge regarding bacteriophages and other things that live within or on us.
